Gym Membership
To join the gym you will need to download and print out the form below, filling it out and returning to the Sports Centre. The form is in Adobe Acrobat format.
You will also need to book an induction, in which our Fitness Instructors will demonstrate how to use the equipment in our Fitness Suite correctly, and explain how to use the Wellness System. Inductions cost £15.00 and last approximately 1 hour.
Our Fitness Instructors can put together a personalised Fitness Programme for you once you have attended an induction. Consultations are included in the membership price. Please book at reception or call us on 01482 636733.
